Compounded semaglutide costs $99 to $348 a month at 16 telehealth providers that post prices
We read the pricing pages of 30 US telehealth weight-loss programs on 25 September 2026. Sixteen post a month-to-month price for compounded semaglutide, with a median of $175, and 11, including Hims & Hers, Ro and WeightWatchers, list no compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at all.
Summary
Among 30 US telehealth weight-loss programs whose pricing pages we read on 25 September 2026, 16 publish a month-to-month price for compounded semaglutide, from $99 (Eden and Lttl) to $348 (Lemonaid Health, including its $49 membership), with a median of $175. Compounded tirzepatide runs from $129 to $359 a month at 14 providers, a median of $237. The advertised starting price is often the rate on a 6- or 12-month plan: at the 12 providers that publish both, paying month to month costs 1.11 to 2.2 times the longest-plan rate, a median of 1.63 times. Eleven of the 30 programs, including Hims & Hers, Ro, WeightWatchers and Amazon One Medical, list no compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide and charge a membership or per-visit fee, with the medication billed separately.
Findings
- Sixteen of 30 US telehealth weight-loss programs publish a month-to-month price for compounded semaglutide, from $99 to $348 with required fees included, and the median is $175.
- Fourteen publish a month-to-month price for compounded tirzepatide, from $129 to $359, a median of $237.
- On the longest plan each provider offers, from 3 to 12 months, compounded semaglutide falls to between $89 and $298 a month, a median of $119 across 13 providers.
- At the 12 providers that publish both prices, paying month to month costs 1.11 to 2.2 times the longest-plan rate, a median of 1.63 times.
- Nine of the 11 compounded sellers that state a dose policy charge the same price at every dose, and two charge more as the dose rises.
- Eleven of the 30 programs, including Hims & Hers, Ro, WeightWatchers and Amazon One Medical, list no compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide.
- Four providers bill every 28 days, which comes to 13 charges a year.
How to read these numbers. Prices are the cash prices each provider lists on its own site, in US dollars, read on 25 September 2026, before coupons and first-month promotions. The month-to-month price is the price at the entry dose on the shortest term offered. Where a provider requires a membership on top of the medication, the membership is included. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety or effectiveness. This bulletin covers price and plan terms only.
What compounded semaglutide costs month to month

Sixteen providers publish a month-to-month price for compounded semaglutide. Eden and Lttl list the lowest, $99. Nine of the 16 charge $175 or less, and the median is $175. The top of the range belongs to Found ($289), Henry Meds ($297), Medvi ($299) and Lemonaid Health ($348).
Three providers price the medication and a required membership separately. Mochi Health lists compounded semaglutide from $60 plus a $79 membership, $139 in all. Alloy lists $70 plus a $99 care fee, $169 in all. Lemonaid Health lists $299 plus a $49 membership, $348 in all. A headline medication price from these three understates the monthly bill by $49 to $99.
Most compounded sellers charge one price at every dose. Nine of the 11 that state a policy say so. Mochi Health and Coby Health price by dose: Mochi's semaglutide medication runs from $60 to $189 across its dose tiers, and Coby's semaglutide from $159 to $249, so the entry price holds only at the lowest dose.
Four providers bill every 28 days, which makes 13 charges a year: Found, Lttl, Remedy Meds and Sesame. At $99, a 28-day cycle comes to $1,287 over a year, against $1,188 for $99 billed once a month.
The price on a longer plan

Thirteen providers sell compounded semaglutide on a multi-month plan, and the rate on the longest one runs from $89 a month (Lttl, 12 months) to $298 (Lemonaid Health, 3 months), a median of $119. Eight of them advertise this rate as their starting price.

At the 12 providers that publish both prices, month to month costs a median of 1.63 times the longest-plan rate. The gap is smallest at Lttl (1.11 times), NexLife and Lemonaid Health (1.17) and largest at Tyde Wellness (2.20). Mochi Health's longer plan prepays only its membership, which drops from $79 to $49 a month on 12 months. Ivim Health publishes only 6-month prices, $75 a month for compounded semaglutide plus a $74.99 program fee, and its programs cannot be cancelled once started.
Longer plans move the risk to the buyer. Henry Meds requires a multi-month term to be paid in full if a buyer cancels, and Trimi bills its multi-month terms upfront for the full term.
Compounded tirzepatide

Fourteen providers publish a month-to-month price for compounded tirzepatide, from $129 at Eden to $359 at Fridays and Found, a median of $237. Thirteen of the 14 charge more for tirzepatide than for semaglutide, and Lemonaid Health charges the same $348 for both. Coby Health's tirzepatide rises from $239 to $439 across its dose tiers.

Eleven of the 30 programs list no compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Eight charge a monthly membership, from $39 at GoodRx Care Direct to $299 at Form Health, and bill the medication separately through insurance or a cash price. Three charge per visit. Calibrate and Amazon One Medical state that they will not prescribe compounded GLP-1s, and Hone Health lists only compounded liraglutide.
Method
Sources. Each provider's own website, read on 25 September 2026: pricing pages, plan selectors, frequently asked questions and terms pages. The pages behind each row are listed by provider in the notes of providers.csv where a value needed explanation.
Sample. Twenty providers from a starting list of well-known telehealth weight-loss programs, and ten more from three web searches run on 25 September 2026: "compounded semaglutide telehealth price per month", "compounded tirzepatide online monthly cost" and "GLP-1 weight loss program online price 2026". All 30 were operating on the day we read them.
Definitions.
- The month-to-month price is the cash price at the entry dose on the shortest term offered, before coupons and first-month promotions, with any membership the provider requires for the medication added.
- The longest-plan rate is the effective monthly price on the longest prepaid or commitment plan, on the same basis.
- A provider charges the same price at every dose when its own pages say so.
- A provider bills every 28 days when its pages say so. The others state a monthly price.
Exclusions. Noom Med publishes a price only for a lower-dose microdose program, so it is left out of the charts. Ivim Health publishes only 6-month prices, so it appears only in the longest-plan chart. Remedy Meds shows prices only after its quiz. Henry Meds sells compounded tirzepatide only as oral tablets in a 3-month supply, so it is left out of the tirzepatide chart, and its injectable semaglutide prices come from a programs page dated 3 December 2025. Medvi's tirzepatide pages give different prices, so its tirzepatide price is left blank.
Known limits. Prices change often, and several pages disagree with each other. Fridays showed two different promotion banners in two loads minutes apart, OrderlyMeds' FAQ gives a lower tirzepatide price than its pricing page, and Ivim Health's product page and homepage show different semaglutide prices. Where pages disagreed, we used the provider's pricing page and recorded the conflict in providers.csv. Insurance prices and brand-name drug prices are not covered.
